Yet Another Monopoly Slot Game

One game that I’m never too old to play is Monopoly. It actually made more sense as I got older. I don’t like this digital banker though. It has to be old fashioned Monopoly. When the Monopoly slot game was released I was ecstatic. Then there was a second, third and a fourth. Is WagerWorks over doing it with a fifth release? “You're in the Money” is the latest to hit the market.
Here’s a snippet from an article on CasinoAdvisor.com:
“Monopoly fans will love the Board Bonus because it enables them to relive the experience of playing the board game. Once the game is triggered players get up to three rolls of the dice initially. The token starts from Go and is moved on the board as per dice total. The payouts depend on the type of square the player lands on. Landing on a property gives the player one spin on a mini slot machine. The payouts on the slot machines keep increasing with the value of the property on the Monopoly board. Landing on a utility gives the player one roll of the dice. Players get paid based on the sum of the dice. Landing on Chance or Community Chest allows the player to draw a random card from the corresponding deck. Different types of benefits are offered to the player. Landing on a railroad advances the player to the next railroad spot on the board and gives him an extra roll. This gives him an opportunity to land on a higher valued property and win bigger payouts. Players who land on or pass the GO spot are awarded 200 times the triggering line bet. These are just some of the benefits that the player can win in the Board Bonus. The complete details are listed in the pay table.”
I gave it a try at Virgin Casino. It’s not bad but how many Monopoly slots can we have? The Board Bonus is very cute but you are not guaranteed a win. I hit it twice and walked away with nothing. Finally on the third bonus round, I managed to win £15.
